A. Brief introduction Fujian Shengya Mould Co.,Ltd founded in May,1992, is located in Qianjiashan Industrial Zone,Qingkou Town,Minhou County,Fuzhou,Fujian Province,China. The company is registered with total capital of 60 million yuan, covering an area of 25,047 square meters, including building area of 14,292 square meters. It is mainly engaged in Aluminum Alloy die-casting parts manufacturing and processing, die-casting mold ,automobile checking and clamping fixtures developing and producing. Since its foundation of more than 10 years , by setting up effective management mechanism, absorbing a lot of excellent employees, bringing in advanced hardware ,software and parts detecting device, Shengya has been developing rapidly and become a new star in manufacture industry of Aluminum die-casting parts in China.

B.Equipment With advanced production equipment ,as well as kinds of testing equipment, and complete test condition, we have become the leader in technology and quality aspects in the domestic. We have more than 10 sets cold chamber die-casting machine, of different size from 160T to 1600T with annual processing capability of 500T.
©Processing equipment: we have several advanced process centers,digital-controlled lathes as well as 3D coordinates gauges, X -ray lossless detecting equipment and test condition that can meet customer's requirement of technology and quality.
©Assistant software: original large-scale 3D designing software POR/E/CAD/CAM/CAE technology to develop ,design and produce die-casting mold ,automobile checking and clamping fixtures etc.

C.Product At present, we have become long supplier of Europe ,America, Japan customers, Fujian TPV, South East Motor, Dongfeng Motor,Beijing Daimler Chrysler,Taiwan sannkuen,HaiNan Mazda,Mindong Electronic(group) by Aluminum Alloy parts for automobile ,motorcycle, electric tool, dynamotor, air operated machine, electronic product producing and processing, and checking and clamping fixtures designing and producing. The diesel engine Aluminum Alloy die-casting mold 186, 170 and 168 developed by ourselves have been awarded by Fujian Science and Technology Creative Project .Its technology keeps ahead in domestic.
